Our Mosaic Self, founded by therapist and educator Elle Kahn (she/they), is an integrative healing practice that challenges conventional models of therapy by honoring the complexity of identity, culture, and lived experience. Rooted in creativity, compassion, and collective awareness, Elle’s work offers a space for LGBTQ+, neurodivergent, and trauma-impacted individuals to reconnect with their inner wisdom, reclaim their stories, and experience healing as an act of self-trust and liberation.

Meet Elle
I am a therapist, educator, and creator of Our Mosaic Self, a counseling and healing practice that explores the meeting place between psychology and the metaphysical. Rooted in creativity, compassion, and connection, my work draws from my lived experience of queerness, neurodivergence, adoption, and trauma to help others reconnect with their intuition, inner wisdom, and sense of belonging. I approach therapy as a grounded and soulful practice that honors both the science of the mind and the mystery of being human. For me, healing isn’t about fixing what’s broken but remembering that every part of us already holds meaning, purpose, and wholeness.
