Land Acknowledgment
I fully recognize that I live and work on the ancestral lands of the Lenni-Lenape people, the rightful caretakers of the land on which my practice stands. Their presence, wisdom, and stewardship endure far beyond colonization, and I acknowledge this lineage with humility.

I honor the invaluable contributions of Indigenous knowledge to modern healing. Their teachings center interconnectedness, balance, relationship, and community care. These ways of knowing have shaped much of what we now understand as holistic well-being and continue to inform more grounded, relational approaches to therapy.

With deep gratitude, I commit to respecting Indigenous wisdom and to practicing in ways that align with justice, inclusion, and repair. This means continually examining the systems I participate in, the privileges I hold, and the ways I can show up in solidarity with Indigenous, Black, and other marginalized communities.

This acknowledgment matters deeply to me because my work is about returning home—to the self, to one another, and to the Earth. I cannot invite others into wholeness without also honoring the histories and harms that have fractured our collective belonging. Recognizing the land and its original caretakers is one small act of remembrance and responsibility—an ongoing commitment to grounding healing in truth, accountability, and connection.
